Below is a list of the most popular workshops I give. The list is not exhaustive and many workshops can be customized or custom made depending on your needs and likes and skills that I have.

1) How to be Happy (One of my most popular workshops)

A workshop that gives an insight into what happiness is, what it isn’t and how to get some. This workshop was originally based on a BBC documentary that takes people through the 10 basic steps to be happy, but has evolved since then and takes into account current thinking on happiness.

The workshop entails some hands on exercises and thought provoking ideas that can be implemented easily and immediately for a rapid improvement in levels of happiness in general.

2 hour hands-on workshop or a half day workshop, can be extended to a full day
Also available as part of a teambuilding event.


Great for: Teambuilding days, raising moral and lowering stress levels, thereby increasing productivity and levels of work attendance.


2) How to work out your Values and Strengths

Your values are the things that you believe are important in the way you live and work.

They (should) determine your priorities, and, deep down, they’re probably the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.

Your strengths are a mixture of your talents, knowledge and skills. The theory behind strengths is based on positive psychology: everyone has strengths they are born with but few people know what these are.

If there is a good match between personal strengths and job demands, you are more likely to be satisfied with your work and experience positive emotions.

The aim of this Values and Strengths session is to inspire you to maybe think differently about what you want from work, to see if your strengths and values are aligned and to see if changes can and should be made

The results may surprise you…..

Good for individuals or teams that have lost their way and need to find out what it is that drives them.


3) How to give a great presentation

Public speaking can be really scary. Making a presentation can be hell for some people. Even hearing the word can make people quake in their boots.

I am in the business of hosting, organising, creating and giving presentations and workshops, I get to speak to a lot of people about this topic and know lots of people thoroughly dislike it. So I thought I’d pass on some of what I know. I hope it helps.

A lot of people think they suck at giving presentations and are always really nervous and find it incredibly stressful and they wish they could do it better and they didn’t get so stressed about it. The truth is, most people are actually better than they think they are and even if you do give a bad presentation it is like they say in the UK “Today’s news is tomorrows fish and chips paper”. People see many presentations that could be a whole lot better and people also forget and move on within minutes and have so many other things to think about. You do that too. It is normal. Know that your fear is unwarranted. However real  and scary it feels at the time.

This workshop takes you through the preparation and delivery part of the process and even has some tips on how to follow up and improve on a long term basis.

1/2 day workshop, can be tailored for the individual

Public Speaking has become one of the most sought after skills and will be a huge bonus for anyone who can get their message across with confidence and clarity.



4) Audit your life in 3 steps

In order to get (back) on track it is sometimes necessary to take an in-depth look at where you are today first.

This workshop is designed to help you take stock of where you are so you know what remains to do and can help in future planning.

2hr hour workshop minimum

Great for: Taking stock of your journey through life


5) How to get where you want to be – A Yearly Review plan

An in-depth planning workshop to create an action plan with in-built accountability – Based on system originally created by Chris Guillebeau

The first step it to take a good in depth look at where you are and where you want to go and then to organise the steps you need to take the get there. It is always a good idea to have some accountability too and share your plans with the greater world to get some help and encouragement. We also look at why the changes you want are necessary, this helps with the likelihood that you will actually implement the steps you need to take. After all, they are your choices.

This can be a half or a full day workshop extended to a weekend for an in-depth plan.

Great for: Taking stock of your journey through life and creating a plan to get where you want to go


6) Creating a life purpose statement

If you are not sure where you are and where you are heading, sometimes it helps to have a Personal Mission statement or Life Purpose statement.

Once this has been clarified, you can easily stay on track or adjust as and when you need to, so long as you know where you are headed in the first place.

It also can serve as an Elevator pitch, to explain easily what it is you do, to the people you meet.

Great for: Getting down on paper your Life statement, working out what you stand for


7) Building Empathy

Empathy is, at its simplest, awareness of the feelings and emotions of other people. It is a key element of Emotional Intelligence, the link between self and others, because it is how we as individuals understand what others are experiencing as if we were feeling it ourselves.

The world needs more Empathy instead of a culture of me, me, me and peoples personal rights.

1.5-2 hour workshop – half a day.

Great for: People who wish to improve their connections to others when they live in a dog eat dog world and fear they suffer from lack of compassion.


8) Communication – A soft skills workshop.

Effective interpersonal communication involves a lot more than just the words we use.  When we are face-to-face, non-verbal communication is the source of much of the information transmitted.  In many types of communication, the non-verbal gives way to more importance in verbal communication.  That is even more critical in written communication, including email.

Communication is a two-way street, listening skills are a very important part of communicating.

9) Self-Confidence workshop

A Workshop that allows us to live a life where we believe in ourselves and our abilities.

We all need a confidence boost from time to time, sometimes we get a setback and need to pick ourselves up and start again.

This workshop will help boost your own sense of self and become who you should be

Great for: Boosting ones self-confidence in situations normally stressful


10) Eight ways to wellbeing

Are you happy with your current lifestyle or at least think it could be better somehow?

Is your life so busy you don’t have time to think about being healthier?  Do you ever take time to stop and think? This workshop will give you the tools to work on this.

This is not the same as the Happiness workshop, it is more about integrating healthy practices into your life in order to live better and for longer.

1.5-2 hour workshop

Great for: Making sure you live a full life, taking care of yourself better


11) Mindfulness (Guided meditation)

Many of us spend so much of our time living ‘in our heads’ or on auto-pilot that we almost forget about the world experienced directly through our senses.

A guided mediation plus techniques for turning off Auto-Pilot and gettiung in touch with the world around you

1.5-2 hour workshop

Great for: People that need a helping hand to slow down, take a step back from the harsh realities of life and start to stop and smell the roses. Life is too short to miss out on the beauty around us.


12) Life-Hacking – techniques to improve your life

A series of hints and tips to make simple changes in your life that will give you measurable results. This a collection of tried and tested methods to speed up or organise your life and do things efficiently and cleanly.

1.5-2 hour workshop

Great for: Finding out great techniques from all around the world to make life a little easier.
