Most of us probably don't believe we need a formal definition of happiness; we know it when we feel it. We often use the term to describe a range of positive emotions, including joy, pride, contentment, and gratitude. A feeling we get, when all around us is in harmony. Right now I'm seeing and hearing from a lot of people struggling with life. I don't know if it's seasonal or because of the world or because of the moon, but if you are thinking the world would be better off without you you are very wrong.
